Social Downloader - Reels & Photo Saver HD ("the Extension"), hosted and presented on ext.gomgop.net, is a single-purpose browser extension developed to assist users in saving high-definition videos, Reels, Stories, original-resolution uncropped photos, and photo carousels from supported social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) directly to their local computer.

4. Third-Party Platforms & Direct Connections
When you request a download, the Extension communicates directly between your browser and the content delivery network (CDN) servers of Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Instagram.
No third-party proxy, scraping relay, or developer server is placed between you and the media source. Your requests appear to the platform identically to normal browser video viewing.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- All download counters, starred creator channels, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device via
chrome.storage.localand IndexedDB. - You can clear your local database at any time through the "Manager & Bulk Downloader" interface.
- Uninstalling the Extension immediately, permanently, and completely erases all extension-related local data from your browser.

In compliance with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies:
